Zipex acquires Aero Zip Ltd
We have reached an agreement to acquire the zip related assets and sales from Aero Zip Ltd, which include Open ended, moulded and continued chain.
The announcement has come as Will Evans, who founded Aero Zip 40 years ago, revealed his intention to retire and the phased closure of Aero Zip Ltd. Aero zip having been one of our major distributors across the UK and Europe this seemed a natural progression for our company to grow and continue the supply chain to all Aero’s customer base.
